Job Description: Sales Manager
Natminds has been mandated to hire a sales manager for a real estate company, based out of Mumbai. Client
has a current valuation of close to 100 cr and is a prominent player in fractional ownership market.
Experience Level: 3+ years
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC & ndash; Fixed 7-10 LPA, basis current CTC
Notice - Immediate Joiners will be preferred
Location - GOA | Mumbai | Delhi


Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Daily Client meetings
  • Develop sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
    Qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a goal driven mindset
  • Preference is top business school pass out
  • Previous 5-6 years of experience in real estate or banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel
