Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Inter CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in finance & accounting, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, SAP, etc.). Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and real estate laws. Prior experience in a real estate company Familiarity with RERA compliance and project financing. Knowledge of investment structuring and financial risk management in real estate.
